Huntsville, Alabama

Kierra Clark, a key suspect in the kidnapping case of Huntsville realtor Ronald Dumas Jr., has been transferred to the Madison County Jail following her release from Shelby County Jail. Clark, along with her alleged accomplice, Quintarius Shikelion White, was arrested in April 2025 by a joint task force that included U.S. Marshals, Memphis Police, and the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team.

Ronald Dumas Jr. was last reported seen on December 15, 2024. Clark is one of five suspects wanted in connection with Dumas’s disappearance. As part of the investigation, Huntsville Police have categorized both Clark and White as “key suspects” in the case.

Initially, both Clark and White were held without bond after their arrests. Clark posted a bond of $500,000 on June 27, 2025, which allowed her release on July 30, 2025, when she was then transferred to Huntsville Police custody at approximately 4:40 p.m. Her next scheduled court appearance is set for August 5, 2025, while White’s court date follows on August 13, 2025.

Investigations and Charges

Huntsville Police have obtained several warrants regarding the case. In February 2025, a first-degree kidnapping warrant was issued for White, while Clark faces a conspiracy to commit kidnapping warrant. White has also been charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, robbery, trafficking for a commercial sex act, and aggravated assault. Meanwhile, Clark’s charges include aggravated kidnapping, especially aggravated kidnapping, trafficking for a commercial sex act, assault (bodily harm), aggravated burglary, and aggravated assault.

In addition to Clark and White, three other individuals were apprehended with them and charged with aiding and abetting custody related to Dumas’s case. The urgency surrounding this case was escalated when a missing persons report for Dumas was filed on December 17, 2024, leading to Dumas being placed on the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Missing Persons List on December 23, 2024. Subsequent investigations prompted authorities to upgrade Dumas’s status to a “missing and endangered person” alert on February 7, 2025, due to concerns that he may have been kidnapped and is in potential danger of bodily harm.

Community Response and Ongoing Investigation

As the investigation continues, family investigator James Andrews has expressed hope that Clark’s transfer to Huntsville custody may yield further clues regarding Dumas’s whereabouts. Dumas’s family, particularly his father, has described the time spent without answers as “numb” and is optimistic that separating Clark from White could lead to more information about the case.

The community remains vigilant, with a reward of $5,000 offered for information leading to the apprehension of any additional suspects connected to Dumas’s abduction. Huntsville Police are urging anyone with information regarding the case to contact Investigator Gregory Hayden at 256-427-5485 or to provide anonymous tips at 256-532-7463.
